WOW!!

So tonight when I get home from my Thursday night ritual of going to my grandmothers, I sit down and choose to do some heavy thinking and research regarding this blog. The initial intent for this blog was to brag on my kids, my life, and keep in touch with family that is all over the place. Then I saw that you could make money $$$. This my friends, is the root of ALL evil!! So I added another page for the kids art projects just because everyone else had more than one so why don't I. If you havent noticed the HUGE gap of time that I had not blogged now you do. As you probably know that having six kids, a little dog, an insanly hilarious finance, going to school full time, and starting my new business adventure the blog was tossed on the back burner. I have really missed not having that "venting" or as i see it a special place for me to have me time. The next step is in God's hands as far as what I am going to be focusing on. I am not sure if I should do a blog about the "juggling" that comes with a large integrated family? Maybe the "project" of H's REDO's? I am just not sure. I do have tons of organization and "rules" that I follow and think of on a daily basis.. Any ideas from the people that do read this blog? Any input would be greatly appreciated. ( I promise mom it will not be inappropriate)

Lots of Love and Laughter!!

Half Way Through the Week!!

Well, it is finally Wednesday! I am not sure why I am excited because I do not currently have a "hourly" job so I work pretty much all the time. I am loving my life with all my crazy kids!! This house is pretty much chaos 24/7 except when everyone is sleeping but me!! My mother and I have finally decided to make our hobbies into "jobs." This week is pretty excited for our family! My oldest two are doing their schedules for their senior and junior years. Yes Deanie is going to be a senior... I am so sad and so proud, and so happy at the same time.  Rest of the kids are blowing and going and days are flying by!!!

Saturday her daddy and uncle are taking her the WWE road to wrestlemania show. She has made posters, has a schedule for how to have her phone charged to the max for pictures. William is on the robotics team for Lorena and he is really doing an outstanding job. The teacher/chaperone has already hinted to the fact that he will be the leader in the years to follow. This is going to look so good for him when he gets ready to go to college. Hayley is in that awkward stage of being a preteen and lots of changes are getting ready to head her way.  She has decided that she wants to start in athletics next year and I feel she is going to be our "busy" child always wanting to go and do at any hour. Tyler has made a huge change and is doing fantastic in school. His grades are awesome and he is making new friends everyday. He is also wanting to be involved in sports and has a natural ability to learn plays so of course dad is super stoked about this adventure! Tristian is becoming more outgoing. He has started asking to go to friends houses to play and it is a huge step but at the same time is a little terrifying! He has no interest in getting into the sports scene. I asked him earlier in the week when we were all talking about next year and he said that he would just sit with me and take pictures.  Austan, the baby of the crew, is finanlly adjusting to having five older brothers and sisters. He loves having them around all the time and when they are not home he is very alone. He has started to spend more time with his dad and that is a positive thing as well.

As for myself, I was in school last semester, this semester my financial aid was suspended because of the number of hours vs. credits earned. I will own up to the fact that I messed around quiet a bit after high school. And I did very poorly on my grades. I went back starting last semester and it was the FIRST time I used the financial aid for school so of course I got it for that semester. I am not happy not that my past has caught up to me per say but I personally don't feel that those classes should have anything to do with me getting financial aid. If you look at the classes that I took while on financial aid I had a 3.8. Just makes me sad. Off the soap box now! I hope you all had time to go and check out H's Redo's. It is my passion and what I really love to do. I like to projects. I like to do them for other people as well. Pinterest is my best friend in that area. I get ideas from there and basically I do the projects for people that don't have the time of the ability to invent them. I am hoping and praying that it will take off.

My fiance', yes we still haven't gotten married is now going to nursing school. I am so proud that he is taking that leap and better our lives.  It is quite a struggle and I know it is going to be hard but I wouldn't depend on anyone else to be that man for us. I love this man and I love our life!! Until tomorrow...

Time Flies When You Are Having Fun.....

It has been awhile since I have posted on my blog. I have been super busy with the kiddos and some fun projects. Here is a sneak peak of what I am wanting to be a side business for our family....

The kids and I have also had a little bit of downtime....

But don't worry we don't just lounge around all day at the pool, we use our brains too...

I wish the summer with my children wouldn't end but guess it is time to get ready to go back to school.

Down Time

Well, two of the kids are at church camp this week. It has been rather quiet and the little boys, Deanie and I are enjoying watching movies from what they say, "back in the day." I did not think that they would enjoy so many of them but it was a hit I must say since the weather this week has been so random.

I have been looking for ideas from Pinterest for things to do next week and some yummies to make for the kids. As usual the honey and oldest wanted "crack crackers."  This has become a staple in our house. When anyone gets the munchies they go for the "crack crackers."

For my little lovies I made a simple smores pie.  I have not tried it yet but the honey and doodle said it was yummy. I just took a simple pie crust, added instant chocolate pudding and 1 and 3/4 cup of milk, and put large marshmallows on top. For grins I took a candle lighter and "toasted" the marshmallows.

I was so stinking proud. I am excited, tomorrow my honey is off work and hopefully we can get out of this house and away from the dreary rain. Until then... loves to all!!

HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!!!

What a fun evening for our family!!! We decided that this being our first year with everyone, without the burn ban, we would have a cookout and fireworks at my mom and dads..aka nana and papa house. My sister and her lil one was there and unfortunately her hubby was working. The kids had a blast sitting outside and eating watermelon. Papa cooked on the grill and of course as always it was awesome!! When it was getting dark we did the fireworks for Kodi and then when the sun set it was on like donkey kong...lol!!  I hope you all had a great holiday!! The rest is in pictures.

sisters kiddo, Kodi, aka boogie monster
red white and blue cupcakes for kiddos!!
Rare moment between My Hayley Bugg and Austan :-)

And she is spent!

Hope Everyone had a Happy and Safe Fourth of July!!!
